1. Order Processing Time


All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM (GMT+8) will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times


We ship worldwide with a focus on fast, reliable delivery to the European Union (EU) and global markets.

Primary Shipping: FedEx Express


  • Carrier: FedEx International Priority
  • Estimated Delivery: 3–4 business days from the shipping date (after processing)
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. You can track your package at www.fedex.com.

Other Regions


  • North America: FedEx Express, 3–5 business days
  • Rest of World: FedEx Express, 4–7 business days

3. Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and selected shipping speed.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free FedEx Express shipping on all orders over €299 (EU) / $349 (US) / equivalent in other currencies.
  • Standard Rates: For orders below the free shipping threshold, rates start at €25 (EU) / $30 (US).

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (EU & International)


  • EU Customers: All orders to the EU are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). You will not be charged additional customs, VAT, or import fees upon delivery.
  • Non‑EU Customers: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

5. Shipping Restrictions


  • We ship to all EU countries and most countries worldwide.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries with active US/UN sanctions.
  • All products are 100% human hair wigs and comply with international shipping regulations.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages


  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will reship your order or issue a full refund once FedEx confirms the loss (typically 7–10 business days).
  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon delivery. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging at chinagoodwigs@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +86 133 7558 6211. We will replace the item or process a refund.
  • Delays: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or holidays.
